About the role:
We are seeking an intermediate engineer to perform compliance homologation and whitelisting activities and serve as the custodian of homologation documentation. This role provides an excellent opportunity to further develop technical, regulatory, and documentation expertise within a fast-paced, global environment.
 
What you will be doing:
  • Homologation & Compliance Support
    • Perform homologation and product whitelisting activities across global markets
    • Liaise with regulators, product approval and whitelisting agencies
    • Track and follow up on product approval progress, providing accurate and regular status updates
  • Data & Document Management
    • Maintain product approval documents and ensure accurate capture of metadata
    • Organize and manage compliance documentation repositories (SharePoint, Jira)
    • Gain technical expertise in Enphase products through datasheets, installation guides, test reports, and schematics
    • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce redundancy
    • Identify and document evidence of compliance with standards and product approval requirements
    • Maintain and update structured records of product approval requirements for each region 
  • Confidentiality & Governance
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
    • Identify when Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are required and coordinate with legal counsel
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with compliance engineers and cross-functional teams including program management, product line management, and legal
    • Interface with external regulators, product approval and whitelisting agencies
    • Respond to regulator queries by identifying and referencing relevant compliance evidence
 
What you bring:
  • BE in Electrical / Electronics or a relevant field
  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systematic approach to work
  • Good understanding of document management principles and metadata
  • High level of integrity and accountability
  • Ability to work independently while proactively engaging stakeholders
  • Additional language proficiency (Advantageous)
  • knowledge of database tools (SQL) or Python (Advantageous)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Jira, JAMA
